Service provider details
The operator has not provided complete service provider details yet. Registration and new bank transfer orders remain blocked until they are provided.
1. Service provider and contact
The contracting party is the entity identified in the service provider details. Until identity and contact details are complete, the operator does not accept new bank transfer orders or registrations. Guardian Family AI is a product name, not a substitute for the provider's legal name.
For account matters and complaints, use Support in the app or portal, or the Contact form.
2. Parent account and transparent child protection
Accounts must be created by an adult parent or authorised caregiver. Caregivers provide accurate contact details, protect their password and explain the app to their child in an age-appropriate way.
The child's phone joins through a single-use invitation. Do not share the parent's password with your child. Guardian is not a tool for secretly monitoring partners, employees or anyone else without a lawful basis.
- No hidden listening or secret camera activation.
- System permissions remain visible and require informed setup.
- Revoke unknown devices or sessions immediately.
3. Free trial — 14 days without a card
The trial starts after successful caregiver phone verification and server activation. It lasts 14 consecutive days, requires no card and does not automatically become a paid subscription.
One trial is available per caregiver and verified phone number. New accounts, email aliases or families do not restore the trial. We do not request national ID numbers or document copies. The privacy policy explains pseudonymised anti-abuse identifiers and retention.
After expiry, the server denies subscription features, including for apps already signed in. SOS, family messages, support, account management and safe release of restrictions remain available. Phone rules have expiry times and should not lock the device indefinitely.
4. Paid plans and limits
Current prices, currency, billing period, child and device limits, history and features are shown in Pricing and the order summary. Start, Family and Family AI are separate plans. Annual fees are charged upfront, not as monthly instalments.
Limits and validity are checked by the backend. Changing your phone's date or signing in again does not renew the free trial. Downgrading does not delete children's data; adding profiles or phones requires available capacity.
The model-based assistant requires the operator's AI service to be available. Deterministic rules are a separate mechanism. Pricing does not guarantee identical capabilities on every operating system.
5. Orders and payments
Users see the price and period before confirming. Selecting a plan, creating a billing document or opening transfer details does not confirm payment or grant paid access.
Bank transfers are posted after administrator confirmation. Card payments, if enabled, are handled by the specified provider; Guardian does not store card numbers. Store purchases require an available integration and verified purchase; an APK link alone is not a substitute.
If payment is unavailable, users are informed without a simulated charge. Report payment errors or missing activation through Support, quoting the document number and never full card details.
6. Contract duration and cancellation
A bank transfer plan provides access for the paid period without automatic account debits. Contact Support to decline renewal or request cancellation. For recurring payments, also cancel renewal with the payment provider; uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
Cancelling renewal does not shorten a paid period unless the contract is terminated or a refund is issued on separate grounds. Account deletion and retention of billing records are separate processes.
7. Withdrawal and consumer rights
Consumers generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Send a statement to the provider's contact address or Support: “I withdraw from my Guardian contract”, identifying the account, date and order. No special form is required.
The free trial does not remove statutory rights relating to a later paid contract. A request to start the service before the withdrawal period ends, and any billing consequences, require separate, explicit information and consent — accepting the terms alone does not provide this.
These terms do not exclude statutory rights concerning the digital service's conformity with the contract, or rights to a price reduction, termination or refund where provided by law.
8. Complaints and support
Submit complaints through Support or the published contact: identify the account, device, version, problem and requested resolution. Do not send passwords or keys.
The operator acknowledges receipt and responds within the time required by applicable law; consumer complaints are handled within 14 days where required. Users may seek help from a consumer ombudsman and appropriate out-of-court procedures without losing the right to go to court.
9. Technical requirements and limitations
A compatible phone, internet connection and setup permissions are required. Full Android restrictions require correctly configured managed device mode; a normal installation does not grant Device Owner permissions.
Location, notifications and commands may be delayed by connectivity, battery saving, disabled permissions or system services. Pending status does not confirm that a restriction was applied. The device's acknowledgement matters.
Apple requires a signed release, developer account and appropriate Family Controls entitlements. Features not accepted by Apple are not promised as available on iPhone.
10. SOS and AI guidance
Guardian is not an emergency service or a guarantee of safety. In danger, call emergency services or make direct contact. SOS requires event delivery and does not guarantee that a caregiver receives the notification.
AI can be wrong. The safety score and suggestions are guidance, not a medical diagnosis, psychological assessment or grounds for punishing a child. Rule changes require informed parental approval.
11. Privacy and security
The privacy policy describes detailed purposes, data scope, recipients, retention, user rights and transfers. Guardian must not be used for unlawful acts, bypassing security or violating others' rights.
Users can revoke sessions and devices and request data export or deletion. Child protection remains transparent. Labelling a feature as AI or subscription-based does not remove statutory rights.
12. Updates and changes to terms
Information about significant changes and new versions is published in the service. New terms are not automatically accepted on your behalf. Price changes require prior notice and apply to future orders or renewals as permitted by law.
Applicable law governs matters not covered here. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights or the right to lodge a data protection complaint.
