Clear rules without the small print.

Does the trial require a card?

No. It requires an adult caregiver's account, full name and verified phone number. The same number and account cannot receive another trial. We do not collect national ID numbers or document photos.

How does annual billing work?

The annual amount is shown before ordering and is payable upfront. Documents and payment history are available in the portal.

What happens after 14 days?

The server blocks subscription features. We do not charge automatically. SOS, contact and safe unlocking remain available. To continue, choose and pay for a plan.

When does a paid plan become active?

After the operator or administrator confirms actual payment. Placing an order alone does not grant paid access.

Does every phone have identical features?

No. Full Android controls require appropriate management permissions. Apple features depend on entitlements and Apple approval. AI requires an available model service; deterministic rules work independently.
